YOGA

 
Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline or practice. Yoga is helpful for reducing tension and anxiety. It improves body balance and flexibility. Yoga is very helpful for people with high blood pressure and having heart diseases. Yoga lower the blood pressure and slow the heart beat. The video posted above is very helpful for yoga beginners.
